The Hit Squad is a 2013 animated comedy movie starring the worlds greatest synthpop band
Written and directed by Chris Blundell, The Hit Squad follows sex-addict Roddy Stones as he and his washed up bandmates East-End thug Frankie Miller and confused manchild Charles Whitecastle as they battle to save their recording studio from the clutches of their rivals. Its a journey that will not only test their music skills, but also their friendship. Like all great movies there’s guns, drugs, sex, synthesizers and talking cats…
The movie is made with a mix of 8 bit animation and modern 3D techniques. So if you’re expecting a full length version of Oregon Trail, you’re gonna be disappointed. However, if you’re expecting a hilarious outrageous comedy partially based on 80′s excess… you’ve come to the right place!
